About the role

You’ll join our Revenue Partner Team and embed inside portfolio companies as an interim Account Executive for defined project sprints. Your job is to diagnose growth bottlenecks, stand up a working sales motion, prove traction, shape culture, and then hand the keys to the permanent rep you help recruit and onboard.

What you’ll do

  • Run 60–120 day sprints: audit funnel, set targets, and own deals from discovery to close.
  • Build the GTM basics: ICP, messaging, outreach sequences, talk tracks, pricing/packaging, and a clean CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive).
  • Establish repeatable playbooks: lead gen → qualification → demo → proposal → close → handoff.
  • Set dashboards/KPIs, run weekly cadences, and coach founders/teams.
  • Hire or upskill the in-house rep; deliver training, shadow calls, and a zero-drop handover plan.
  • Document everything so the motion survives after you rotate out.
  • What success looks like (first 6–12 months)

  • 3–4× pipeline coverage and controlled cycles across two to three portfolio sprints.
  • Lift in reply, meeting, and win rates; first revenue landed in each sprint.
  • Complete playbooks, dashboards, and enablement assets in each company.
  • Smooth handoff to an in-house rep with no pipeline leakage.
  • You bring

  • 4+ years closing B2B deals (AE/SDR-to-AE/RevOps) with a builder’s mindset.
  • Proven record standing up outbound and tightening mid-funnel mechanics.
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, and clear writing.
  • CRM fluency and disciplined follow-through.
  • Calm, hands-on operator who enjoys teaching and leaving things better than found.
